The Atlantic Coast Princely apartment, finely furnished and fully equipped, thanks to its strategic location is ideal for those who want to spend an unforgettable stay in the heart of Playa del Inglés. The apartment, recently renovated, has been designed with the prerogative of offering its guests high standards of comfort, elegance, refinement and modernity. The attention to detail, style and choice of furnishings make this apartment a unique pearl of its kind. The Atlantic Coast Princely is located in a tourist-residential complex with 2 community swimming pools, for adults and children respectively, solarium, volleyball court, guarded parking and large gardens. The building also has vending machines for snacks and drinks, bars, restaurants, car, motorbike, bicycle and electric vehicle rental, tourist box office for booking excursions and recreational activities, and a pharmacy. Guests will have the entire private apartment at their disposal, and will have access to all the common areas of the building (swimming pools, solarium, bars and restaurants on site, volleyball court, secure parking).
The apartment is located near the Águila Roja shopping center, and is surrounded by bus and taxi stops, bars, restaurants, pubs, mini golf, supermarkets, clothing stores and numerous nightclubs dedicated to music, dancing and karaoke. The building is located a few meters from the sea and the main beaches of Bahía del Inglés, where guests can walk the main pedestrian promenade of Costa Canaria and enjoy the enchanting unspoiled landscapes of the Maspalomas desert sand dunes. Among the countless attractions that surround the building are the main "Kasbah" and "Yumbo" shopping centers where you can enjoy tastings at excellent restaurants, bars and have many clothing stores or other items of interest to you. In the same shopping centers, during the evening and night hours, you can give free rein to your entertainment, among countless places like pubs, disco-bars, discos, karaoke and much more dedicated to music and dancing. We also remind you that the central location of the building allows connection through buses and taxis to the entire island of Gran Canaria.
