Guests of the Aneto enjoy discounted spa access, massages and treatments at a nearby spa. PET POLICY: A maximum of one dog is allowed per room. No other pets are allowed. USE OF COMMON AREAS: Pets may be on terraces such as the Agora (next to the pool) or the café terrace as long as they are on a leash. Pets may not use common areas such as restaurants, bars, pool, etc. CLEANING SERVICE: Pets must be kept out from the room when cleaning is being done. You can let us know at reception so that the person in charge of cleaning can be informed. Try to keep your pet from getting on the beds, sofas, armchairs, etc. And if this is your habit, we would appreciate it if you could protect our furniture with a sheet of your own. If you want to dry or clean your pet's paws after a walk, do not use the hotel towels. Ask us for special towels. NOISE AND DISTURBANCE POLICY: In the event of noise or disturbance caused by the pet, the hotel reserves the right to expel the client and the pet. USE OF A LEASH: The use of a leash is mandatory in the common areas of the hotel. Pets may be left alone in the rooms only if you are in the hotel, during breakfast and meal times or using any of the facilities. Guests must have all the legally required documentation at check-in, and may be requested at any time by the hotel management. If you are staying with a guest with phobias, fears, allergies, etc., please do everything possible to ensure that your pet does not cause a nuisance. The hotel considers the comfort of its guests to be of the utmost importance. At all times, the client is responsible for their pet and its behaviour. Additional charges may be applied to your card if the pet causes disorder, damages furniture or hygiene problems.
