2H Living es un Smart Building o edificio inteligente, tanto sus estudios/apartamentos, como sus instalaciones y sistemas (de climatización, iluminación, electricidad, etc.) interactúan entre sí con el objetivo principal de mejorar el ambiente interior y obtener una mayor eficiencia energética. Su ubicación privilegiada a escasos minutos del casco histórico y zona de ocio, permitirá a los huéspedes conocer la ciudad de León a pie. 2H Living completa sus instalaciones con sauna, jacuzzi, gimnasio, terraza y parking, además de un txoco y una zona de coworking, ideal para huéspedes que viajan por trabajo.
INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE: No hay recepción 24 hrs, los huéspedes tienen que realizar el check in online, añadir servicios extra si lo desean y realizar el pago total de la estancia, a través de un enlace enviado a su correo y/o a su whatssapp una vez realizada la reserva. Es imprescindible completar dichos pasos (registro de documentos y pago en este enlace), para poder visualizar el código PIN y enlace mágico a partir de las 15hrs del día de entrada. En el enlace se puede acceder tantas veces como necesite hasta el check out, allí encontrará un resumen de la reserva, guías del edificio y de la ciudad, además del apartado de llaves del alojamiento.
