My name is Clemence, I am french and I live in El Gouna since september 2022 with my husband Filippos who is greek and our 2 young daughters. I am very friendly and I put a lot of effort into welcoming my guests in the best possible way. I am always around El Gouna, available to guide you through your holidays and help you with whatever you need.

Property information

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located studio. You will be staying in the heart of El Gouna city center, downtown. 2 minutes walking distance to all the restaurants, the supermarkets, the bars and the lagoon beaches of Kafr. 15 minutes walk to the Marinas and easy access 24/7 to the Tuktuk service (local transportation) that will take you wherever you want in Gouna. Update december 2024 : For your comfort we just finished a full renovation of the apartment inside and out with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Extra optional services upon request : - Transfer from/to the airport - Catering - Boat rental IMPORTANT NOTICE (please read before booking). Like all properties located inside El Gouna you need a QR code to access the town and your compound. This is why I will ask you to send as soon as your booking is confirmed the photo of the ID front and back or passports (for foreigners) of all guests. It is very important to send the IDs or passports of all guests as the QR codes are individual and cannot be shared. Once the permit is issued it is hard to add extra guests so please make sure to send all of them even if some guests are not 100% sure to join. I need to received the IDs / passports at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure I receive the QR codes on time. We cannot guarantee the access 100% as the finale decision is in the hands of Orascom Management. If the IDs were sent on time and Orascom disapproves the access we will arrange for a free cancellation. Don't hesitate to ask if you have questions. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
