The perfect getaway is ready for your family vacation, a 1500 square meters plot, a spacious garden with 80 square meters over flow swimming pool with attached jacuzzi, pool bar, outdoor bbq area and lots of seating choices, basketball board, soccer goals and much more. A 4 bedroom house with 3 full bathes and a spacious living area. Fully equipped kitchen with outdoor access. Located in King Mariout area with great proximity to Borj Elarab airport, Alexandria city and the famous North Cost.
A true people person, who loves life and happy to host different events and people. With over 20 years in customer service, Amr is so flexible and eager to make guests stay a memorable experience.
The villa is located in King Mariout district with great proximity to Burj Alarab airport (20min), Alexandria downtown (30min), and the famous North Cost (20 min). The villa is about 3 min from main road (Cairo-burj alarab road). Though the short bumpy road to finally get to the house. The neighborhood is very safe and you can get all kinds of deliveries to the house from vegetables, meet and chickens, also marinated and ready to bbq staff, sea food and a varaiety of restaurants deliveries are also available to your door step. The host is happy to assist with airport transport to and from the villa, as wel as moving you and your family around when you need as we have strong relation ship with two local ober-like companies that can facilitate your going outs.
