Surrounded by lush golf course greens, serene lakes, and beautifully landscaped gardens, Cyan offers a peaceful yet connected setting. The apartment is situated on the first floor and enjoys direct views over the golf course. The balcony, which also overlooks the shared swimming pool, is furnished with a dining table—ideal for enjoying meals outdoors with a view. Inside, the layout is bright and functional. Both bedrooms are ensuite: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Each room has air conditioning and its own access to the balcony, offering privacy and comfort for families or friends traveling together. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washer, and all essential kitchenware. A bar counter with high stools connects the kitchen to the living area, which features an L-shaped sofa and a large smart TV—perfect for winding down after a day in the sun.
