One bedroom apartment that has 2 double beds (on top of each other) and a working station. One bathroom that has a walk-in shower. An open kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils and appliances. A washing machine. A Nespresso machine and a kettle. The living has a spacious sofa bed (160 cm bed), a swing and a rocking chair, all is overlooking the wide pool. Upstairs there is a rooftop (with private entrance from the apartment) the roof has a kitchenette with a sink and a stove and a built in BBQ grill with all tools. There is also a bar and a 6 seats dinning area at the rooftop and an L shape seating area overlooking the pool that is free to access 24/7. I accept couples (not here to judge anyone)!
Sholan is inside an area called the mansions (big gate like the citadel gate). Once you cross that gate go left and the compound is directly on your left. The mansions is 1 min away from Gourmet supermarket/café and 5 mins from the marina and downtown.
