A modern and stylish furniture , modern kitchen with all necessities, 24h helpful and friendly watchman , inter phone , elevator access key for safety , very peaceful neighbors, big mall next door literally, big supermarket , pharmacies , gym walking distance , very safe area and a brand new apartment .
