Company information

My company is a very small one. It exists since 2016 and owns this house, some fields and some forest in Hiiumaa. I care about nature in Hiiumaa and try to keep it preserved. You are very welcome to stay in my lovely house! If you come to Hiiumaa for some days or some weeks - you will enjoy the beach and the long walks along the beach, you will enjoy the atmosphere of our unique island: restaurants, small shops, concerts. From my house you can walk anywhere in Kärdla. And in the evening you can enjoy a cup of tea on the terrasse with an incredible view over the sea.

Perfectly located beautiful new house with a stunning view on the sea. Wooden floors and ceilings. Large bedrooms. Great living room. Billard. Sauna. 2 bathrooms. 2 WC. 2 fridges. Dishwasher. Utility room with washing and drying machines.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located 100 m from the best beach in Kärdla: walk out of the house wrapped in your towel. 3 min walk from the new harbor and restaurants: do not feel like cooking tonight? Just walk to the nearest restaurant (one of the best on the island!) 10 min walk from the shops: no stress or shopping lists! The house is situated 1 km from the central square of Kärdla. 300 m from the church (unforgettable musical events happening in the church all year around!) 800 m from the main bus stop (bussijaam).
