Our small friendly team works with all our hearts to ensure comfortable stay in private apartments while your traveling to Tallinn with family or friends. Our apartments meet all the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Estonia on the rules of accommodation of tourists in the apartments: they are well renovated and fully equipped with everything necessary for a short stay.

Property information

We offer comfortable Boutique-style apartment in Old Town, 2 minutes walk from the Town Hall Square. All the main historical sights, museums, best restaurants, cafes, night clubs, theaters and concert halls, boutiques - at a distance of 1 to 10 minutes walk! The building is a monument of architecture of the early 20th century. Our apartment meet all the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Estonia on the rules of accommodation of tourists in the apartments, it is well renovated, have all modern conveniences and fully equipped with everything necessary to the smallest detail. With us you will find free Wi-Fi with 50/50 speed, adjustable central heating, hot water, cable & internet TV with channels in different languages. NB! since the apartments are located in the building that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Department of Antiquity Protection has prohibited there the installation of air conditioning in apartments. We provide only fans in both bedrooms during the summer period. Secure parking is possible in the house courtyard, price is EUR 10 per day, reservation is needed. Distinctive features - great location, reasonable prices, cleanliness and modern comfort.

Apartments are located in the best place of Old Town, 2 minutes walk away from Town Hall Square and right next to the central square of Tallinn – Liberty Square. Historical monuments, restaurants, night clubs, cafes, theatres, shops are all close by. A few minutes walk from the major shopping centre “Viru Centre”, new shopping center “Solaris” is nearby. Stops of any public transport are at few minutes walk on Liberty Square.
