Our apartments are very well equipped with everything one can need during a stay away from home. Views from terrace or balcony (depending on apartment) are relaxing. City views.

Our Penthouse apartments are located in Riia Kvartal which is a new developed ensemble of buildings which harmonize well and also offer children playground. It is close to Baltic Defense College, Aparaaditehas, multiple university buildings and city center. Energy fair usage principle applies.

Located 3 minutes walking time from Aparaaditehase and Baltic Defence College. 12-20 minutes walking time from shopping center and city center, science center AHHAA, water park Aura etc.
