The house is beautifully surrounded by pine trees, the sandy beach and the sea are just a 3-minute walk away. A spacious panoramic balcony in summer is essentially another room and the sun does not leave it from morning until evening. A children playground is perfectly visible from the balcony, where, in addition to a swing and a slide, there is also a trampoline. Opportunity to play pingpong. Storage room on the ground floor. Free parking in the courtyard with a guaranteed place. Meresuu Spa and Noorus Spa are within walking distance. There is a bus stop right outside the house, from here you can get to the center of Narva in 25 minutes. The height of the ceilings is 2.8 m, the decoration is made of beautiful modern materials. Access to high-speed internet and tv-channels in several languages. The bathroom has underfloor heating, an electric heated towel rail and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The oven also has a microwave function. Maximum occupancy is 3 people: 1 double bed and 1 single bed. We provide our guests with high quality bed linen and towels(satin, cotton). Late check-out is possible during low season at no additional cost.
