The apart-studio is located in a brand new building 450m from the Carolina park, at about a 12 minute walk to Quicentro Shopping and the Atahualpa stadium, close to many restaurants, bars, shopping malls, theaters, and the financial center of the city. The building has plenty of amenities, such as a swimming pool, gym, business center, BBQ areas, a game room, and of course 24 hour security.
