With an experience of more than 15 years in the service sector, our passion for being hosts was born when in agreement with a Spanish school we agreed to receive foreign students in our house. Great friendships arose from this activity and with the passing of time and with the sum of experience the family decided to create this Boutique Hotel in one of the most beautiful sectors of the city, the Historic Center of Quito. The project was born in 2015, after 4 years of arduous reconstruction and administrative work to recover a house of more than 100 years and return to Quito an architectural jewel, in May 2019 we opened our doors as a host family, with a more concept Close and personalized, a friendly and courteous treatment, we, the owners and hosts are the ones who take care from the online reservation, transfer to and from the airport, and everything we can do to make your stay in Quito memorable.

Our hotel is a house of great historical importance dating back to 1914 and was originally built as the impressive headquarters of the Rotary Club of Ecuador. After a wide variety of uses, it was transformed by its current owners into one of the most beautiful architectural gems in Quito in 2019. With only 7 rooms, the hotel offers an exclusive stay far away from mass tourism. Instead, we are greeted by an elegant and spacious property with spectacular views from terraces, a hundred-year-old palm tree in the idyllic garden and a stylish, wood-paneled salon with chandeliers, where you can relax, work or even listen to music with records. The impressive facade with balcony invites us into the representative heart of the house, the patio bathed in light through the glass roof. In many areas there are still the original wooden floors and all rooms have their own bathroom, safe, flat screen TV and some even have antique, perfectly restored bathrooms. The modern eat-in kitchen is available to guests around the clock. Great emphasis is placed on breakfast and all individual requests are taken into account.
