#CasaHJP New Lux and Modern Condo Apt. with Rooftop Pool, Gym, Sauna, Social Area, and Child Play Space. Walking distance from Mall, supermarket, restaurants and bars. 40 Minute Uber drive from Las America airport and 12 Minutes from Historic Colonial Zone. Condo is one block away from Avenida Sarasota, an avenue with a concentration of bars, restaurants and lounges (day parties). Smart TV in the living room. Wifi, sound bar with Bluetooth. Building has 24 hr doorman. Please note payment will not be accepted at the property. Full payment must be made at least at least 8 days prior to check in date.

Bella Vista is a safe and lively neighborhood. Bella Vista Mall and Plaza is a 3 minute walk. In the mall you will find El National Supermarket, several banks, shopping stores, restaurants, Amadita clinic and more. Uber is extremely affordable and the app works just the same as back home. If you are driving be very careful and always drive on the defense. Highly recommend Uber for short distance.
