Located on Torvet Square in central Sakskøbing, this hotel is housed in a building from 1827. It provides free WiFi, an in-house restaurant and individually decorated rooms. A desk and wooden floors are found in all Hotel Saxkjøbing rooms. Each has a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Danish dishes made from local, seasonal ingredients are served for both lunch and dinner in the Saxkjøbing’s à la carte restaurant. Local food, sweets, wine and beverages can be bought in the farm shop next door. Maribo town centre is 10 minutes’ drive away, while Knuthenborg Safari Park is 14 km from the hotel. Kragenæs’s harbour with boats to Fejø and Femø Islands is 30 km away. Pet fee 200 DKK.
