Falsled Strand Lodges & Camping opened in March 2021 and consists of Park Lodges, Cabins, Tent Suites and camping sites. It is a family-owned and operated business focusing on the combination of nature and comfort with several types of accommodation to choose from – always aiming for the personal and local experience.

Property information

Nature, presence and “hygge” We are all about slow living, enjoying nature & outdoor activities. Good times with friends and family, fresh dips in the bay, kayaking and SUP-boarding on the South Funen Archipelago, hot coffee, laughter, an invigorating run in the forest, open air cooking and sunsets over the sea. Whether you prefer pure relaxation or an active outdoor life, you will find it here. It’s simple – we want you to enjoy the small things in life. On site we have a bathing pier, a playground for the small ones, outdoor games, pétanque, rental of kayaks and SUP-boards and from June to September you can also rent bikes and e-bikes. We have a café (during opening hours of the reception) with barista coffee, bread, pastries, snacks, drinks and local specialties and gifts. From June to September our guests also have access to our outdoor heated pool. We love cooking outdoors – thus we have several barbecues, and bonfire pitches free of use. We look forward to welcoming you.

Neighbourhood information

We are placed in the small harbor town, Faldsled, right by the South Funen Archipelago where you are in walking distance from the local harbor, the beach park, forests, the South Funen Archipelago Trail, the 5-star hotel and gourmet restaurant Falsled Kro and in driving distance from charming Faaborg and all the sites Funen has to offer. In Faaborg, which is 10 minutes away by car there is cafés, restaurants, museums and lots of activities during the summer months. Egeskov Castle, with something for the entire family, is about 24mins. by car and both Odense and Svendborg can be reached in about 35-40mins. for day trips to explore big sites like the H. C. Andersen House, art museums, shopping and harbors and much more.
