Kære gæst. Vi har lavet et hyggeligt lille Bed & Breakfast i Ballen Havn, hvor vi lægger stor vægt på hygge, gode senge, renlighed, dejlig stemning. Vores 6 værelser har alle adgang til terrasse. Der er redt op på værelserne, håndklæder og føntørre. Til morgenmad er der altid friskbagte boller, en eller anden form for æg, flere oste/pålæg, juice, frugt, kaffe/the, yoghurt, Samsø produkter, en lille opstrammer og alt hvad der skal være på et morgenbord.. Der er 200 m til rigtig hyggelig havn med gode restauranter, butikker og fantastisk badestrand. Ballen Havn blev i 2015 kåret som årets havn af sejlerne, så stemningen er i top. Der er 5 km til en af Danmarks bedst belligende sea side 8 hullers golfbane. Der er 500 m til Energi Akademiet. Samsø er jo vedvarende energi Ø på verdens plan.
