I (Aon) am an author and storyteller and together with my partner Vienera I manage the House of Avalon. We believe "the stories we tell shape the world we live in" and by playing with narratives both old and modern we can open doors to new places inside ourselves. In the house of Avalon you will find many pieces of art and inspiration brought home from travels all over the world as well as art made by ourselves. A stay at Avalon is a step into a greater reality. Welcome!

Property information

At the house of Avalon (Avalonhuset) you will encounter an artistic and relaxed atmosphere. At the park-like grounds you can explore the largest stonecircle built in Scandinavia in the last 1000 years as well as the Sword of Truth (the sword in the rock) which is in our gardens. The House of Avalon is host to various cultural and community events as well as offering travellers and guest workers a temporary home in Odense.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located just outside the pittoresque village "Aasum" (we call it "Awesome") in the beautiful Odense river valley which is a nature sanctuary. You will find many opportunities to enjoy nature in the surroundings.
