The room is in a 5-story residential building. Each apartment has its own access via the stairwell. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the trade fair. Best location in Frankfurt: Westend-Süd (Westendstrasse!). With use of living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and terrace. Please ask, we will be happy to help with information about the apartment and the area. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Free public parking spaces are located in front of the house. The city of Frankfurt's approval for room rental in accordance with the holiday apartment regulations, § 6 is available.
We live in the house ourselves and are happy to provide help and tips so that you have a great stay in Frankfurt. We speak German, English, Spanish and French
Westend-Süd is the absolute top area in Frankfurt. Quiet in an upscale neighborhood. Restaurants, supermarket, bakery: everything around the corner. 5 minutes to the fair. 10 minutes to the main train station and the Alte Oper. You can do everything on foot: Palmengarten, Grüneburgpark, the Museum Mile on the Main, ...
