Whether you're visiting for work, family time, or leisure, this unique home provides modern comfort, privacy, and excellent connections across the city. The bright, south-facing open-plan living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, eco-friendly Merbau floors with underfloor heating, and natural clay-painted walls. High-quality furnishings by Charles Eames and B&B Italia create a stylish and welcoming interior. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances from Bulthaup, Gaggenau, and Liebherr – ideal for cooking and dining at home. Sleeping arrangements for up to 5 guests include: * Bedroom 1: B&B Italia king-size bed with Tempur mattress * Bedroom 2: Team 7 single bed with Tempur mattress * Bedroom 3 (top-floor loft): Team 7 double bed with access to a private rooftop balcony All bedrooms are bright and thoughtfully furnished with fresh linens and towels provided.
