We are very happy that you have chosen our apartment.
We now live in Hamburg, but we regularly come back to Bochum and enjoy making our guests feel comfortable in our apartments. We like vintage, a mix of styles and comfort and have tried to make you as comfortable as possible. We want you to feel like exploring Bochum, but you can also retreat to your apartment to relax or work. You enjoy your time - we take care of you, at least as far as living is concerned!

These are the features that best characterize the apartment: comfort, old building, floorboards, student days and backyard garden with your own wooden terrace. The long bathroom has been converted into two, so please note that the toilet bathroom has been freshly renovated but is tiny. The shower bathroom, on the other hand, offers enough space for every toilet bag.
We think the size of the apartment is perfect for one to two people! If you don't mind sofa beds, you are welcome to come in groups of four, everything is prepared for that. The sofa bed is in the living/dining room with a view of the garden and has a bed frame where the bed linen disappears during the day. The toilet is in the hallway, so it is accessible from the bedroom and living room without having to go through a room.
The neighborhood is authentic, urban Ruhr area and, in our view, very endearing. A particular advantage of the central location is that you can walk to both the shops in the city center and the green city park area along the mining museum. If you prefer to drive, take the subway at the mining museum and you will be at all important points (main station, Bermuda Triangle, Starlight, Ruhr Stadium, etc.) in <10 minutes. On the other hand, finding a parking space near the apartment can sometimes take a few minutes, but parking in the residential area is free everywhere and you will always find a space.
