Property information

Your holiday apartment in the former home of German landscape artist, Otto Altenkirch lies in the attic of the renovated building with a nice view into the garden. On 70 square meters you enjoy absolute privacy in your king-size bedded bedroom, your bathroom with bath-tube and a spacious living room with a sofa, that can also bed turned in an additional bed in no time. Meals can be pre-pared in the kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge, coffeemaker and other equipment and taken on the large dining table with six chairs. The living room and the bedroom are equipped whit an air conditioning. Private parking is always available and free next to the entrance to the building. Please be ready to climb some stairs to reach the attic floor. Our big garden is accessible to you and your kids to play (on your supervision). Take in some sun and your picnics and with a bit of luck even observe squirrels, foxes and even deers. The washing machine inside the apartment is available at extra charge.

Stay - off the beaten track and enjoy silence & nature - yet centrally located near Autobahn A4 and A14 between the cities of Dresden (25 min) and Leipzig (45min). Our lovely attic apartment over 70 square meters comes with free WiFi, TV, private bathroom, kitchen, king-size bedroom and spacious living room with a sofa bed. Only a 3 min walk away you'll find the public swimming pools of “Romanusbad”. The region offers numerous other excursion possibilities - for families, hikers and cyclists.
