Welcome to Holiday il Macellaio, an accommodation with Italian flair. An ideal starting point for exploring Neustadt and the surrounding area on foot or by bike. The market square is just a 4-minute walk away.➔ Hikes in the Palatinate Forest can be started directly from the apartment. Leave your car behind (underground parking space available, not included) and enjoy fine Palatinate wine in peace and quiet along the way.➔ This quiet, centrally located apartment, away from the noise of the street, is located in the rear building of a charming historic building complex on the second floor and is accessible via the original, restored wooden staircase. No elevator!➔ Awaiting you is a lovingly furnished living/bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) on one side and a comfortable sofa, LCD smart TV, and stereo system on the other, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, separate from the living area, where an original Italian Bialetti is a must. Towels are provided in the shower room (without a toilet). There are also two separate toilets.➔ Kitchen essentials and a starter set in the bathrooms are provided, guests are responsible for the rest themselfes. Free Wi-Fi.➔ A special highlight for sports enthusiasts is the home gym, which is available at all times.➔ There is a large, lockable bicycle storage room on the ground floor.➔ Smokers have also been considered: A smoking area with seating has been set up on the covered patio at the apartment's separate entrance. This corner is perfect for enjoying a cappuccino, where I like to invite guests, to discuss their activities and perhaps offer tips.➔➔ Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. For more flexible arrival planning, self-check-in with a key safe is also possible. Detailed arrival and check-in information will be provided after booking. Minimum age 18. A little about me: I grew up in Neustadt (so please don't expect standard German, smile), and I've been running Holiday il Macellaio since 2014 (Airbnb since 2014 & Booking since 2017). Among other things, I'm a passionate biker, I enjoy sports and love to travel. I came up with the idea for the vacation rental through a long friendship in Tuscany, where I also learned a lot about the hotel industry.
