Unsere zentral gelegene Unterkunft befindet sich mitten in der Stadt. Sie befindet sich im 1. Stock in einem ruhigen Hinterhof (zwischen der Hypovereinsbank und dem Pizzarestaurant Magma) und bietet nebenan kostenlose, sowie kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft bietet: - Eine voll ausgestattete **Küche** mit Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank. - Ein gemütliches **Schlafzimmer** mit einem komfortablen Boxspringbett (180x200), einem geräumigen Schrank und einem praktischen Schreibtisch. - Ein modernes **Badezimmer** mit einer Badewanne/Dusche-Kombination, Waschbecken und Toilette. - Der **Flur** verbindet alle Räume und besitzt zudem seit kurzem einen Kicker Tisch
Dank der idealen Lage erreichen Sie zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß: Oberpfalz-Arkaden: 5 min Sulzbacher Schloss: 7 min Stadtzentrum: 1 min Stadtpark: 9 min Bahnhof: 11 min Außerdem bietet die Zentrale Lage zahlreiche Möglichkeiten: Im Umkreis von nur 500m befinden sich Cafés und Eisidelen, Metzgereien und Bäckereien und diverse Restaurants: Von bayrische Spezialitäten über italienische, griechische, asiatische Küche ist alles vorhanden.
