Enjoy a holiday together with your friends. Villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living space is suitable for 1-3 families with children or up to 4 pairs of friends. The villa is a short walk from Lipno (300m to the beach), garden 3000 m2. The total usable space of the villa is 180 m2, of which 51 m2 is a living room with kitchenette, bar and dining table. From the living room is the entrance to a 54 m2 terrace overlooking Lake Lipno. 3 parking spaces. Garage for bikes, etc. available.
The villa is located in a very quiet location, Černá v Pošumaví - Jestřábí. The villa is located "on a hill" above the local camp and yacht club. There are meadows and pastures around the house. The beach is located about 300m from the house. It is the same distance to the local famous beach bar Windy Point. At night you can be calm, there is no noise from it. Parking lot of about 100 square meters for 3 cars. Alternatively, another car can be parked in front of the gate.
