Newly renovated (reconstruction in 2018) self-catering holiday lodge is located in Radslav/Černá v Pošumaví and it offers extensive view on the lake. The modern and spacious house is equipped with a flat screen TV free Wi Fi, well equipped kitchen with ovencooker, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso) and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The property features a large lounge sun deck area/terrase to relax with dining facility (electric grill) with a lake view.***Kompletně zrekonstruovaná (r. 2018) chata se nachází v chatové osadě Radslav v Černé v Pošumaví a nabízí krásný výhled na jezero, které se nachází jen 80m od chaty. Chata je nově a moderně zařízena, aby splňovala Vaše veškeré požadavky a představy, včetně plasmové televize, Wifi zdarma, kompletně vybavené kuchyně pro malé i velké vaření včetně trouby a myčky. V koupelně s prostorným sprchovým koutem se nachází pračka, kterou můžete během svého pobytu kdykoliv použít.
Chata také nabízí krásnou sluneční terasu orientovanou na JV s nádherným výhledem na jezero. Na terase je opalovací lehátko a také venkovní posezení s možností použití elektrického grilu. Na zahradě se pak nachází ohniště a menší sezení.

The property is 1 minute walk from the sandy beach (access to the lake suitable for children). Perfect place for various activities such as hiking, cycling, water sports (sailing, paddleboards), summer activities (tennis, beachvoleyball and other less than 2 km away), winter sports (skating on the lake, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing 20km away), mushrooming and many other activities. Supermarket and restaurant can be reached within two minutes walk, other shops and restaurants are located in Černá v Pošumaví.***Chata se nachází jen minutu (ca 80m) chůze od krásné písečné pláže s pozvolným vstupem do vody, vhodné i pro ty nejmenší. V létě je jezero ideální pro veškeré letní sporty (možnost půjčení vodních atrakcí na pláži), v zimě pak pro bruslení a běžkování po jezeře (nejbližší lyžařské středisko se nachází 15km Frymburk, následuje Lipno nad Vltavou 20km, nebo pak Hochficht 40 km, v případě zájmu Vám rádi zajistíme svozový autobus na Hochficht z Černé v Pošumaví). Celé Lipno je pak ideální destinací pro cyklo i pěší turistiku a podzimní houbaření. Lokalita nabízí vyžití po celý rok. S dalšími aktivitami a zajímavostmi Vás rádi seznámíme při samotném pobytu.***
