We have been renovating Václav’s grandmother’s house together since 2018. Over time, however, we realized that we missed the vibrant atmosphere of the big city. That’s why we decided to move back to Prague and share this beautiful place, which we love, with others.
"We are a married couple with two wonderful children. We love this place—especially Václav, who spent his childhood summers here with his grandmother. Václav is an artist, pianist, singer, and actor, and he has built a recording studio on the property. However, the studio is not part of the holiday home, and guests do not have access to it."
There are fantastic local producers right on the street—Eva Bistro de-luxe and Winery Kraus. Directly behind the house, you'll find a beautiful cycling path that leads into a small forest with charming ponds. From there, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the Elbe River, offering stunning views of the Mělník port and the Mělník Castle in the background.
