You will be staying very centrally located in the more hilly, charming landscape of Curacao overseeing the historic monastery and "tafel berg". Jan Thiel beach and Mambo beach are just a short 10 minute drive away, as is the city centre with its colorful buildings, Dutch Caribbean culture, the famous Emmabridge, many bars, live music and restaurants. Want to experience the "truki pan" vibe? Just a short 5 minute drive and you are on the Caracasbaaiweg with its Pasawa and many food trucks to choose from! Don't want to drive but want to eat out, no problem, because Hacienda Oliva is just a 5 minute walk away, offering the best steak house meals and traditional ambiance. For your grocery shopping, you can go to one of the biggest supermarkets on the island or visit the local mini markets, all within a 5 minute drive. Want to visit the Spanish Waters for some fun watersport action, 10 minutes and you're there. And, one of our favorites, for the thrill seekers who love kite surfing, visit St. Jorisbaai with its kite surf accademy, just a 15 minute drive.
