Let yourself be wrapped up by the Ocean. From our house, you can admire the sea from different angles and you will be lulled by the relaxing sound of the waves even at night. The apartment is inside a residence so you can take advantage of all shared services, e.g. swimming pool, private beach, sun loungers, tropical garden with comfortable sofas and Wi-Fi, as well as free parking with day and night security. The apartment can be reached with the lift.
Ciao, it's Gabriele and Elisabeth. We usually live near Venice, on the UNESCO heritage hills of Prosecco, but we also spend long periods in Cabo Verde. When we are not in Mindelo, we are happy for you to enjoy our apartment. You can find our taste and energy there, as we personally take care of the furniture together with artisans and local Cape Verdean friends.
Lazareto is a quiet, residential neighbourhood located 2.5 km away from Mindelo. A waterfront cycle path, which is lit up all night, connects Lazareto to the town. A taxi ride to Mindelo is very cheap. Nearby the apartment, there is a suggestive canyon carved by water and wind. For children and the more sporty ones, there is also a playground overlooking the sea, where you can play football, basketball, volleyball, tennis or do gym.
