The house rules are check in 15:00 check out 12:00 For check-in, the full name and identity document number of all guests must be sent before their arrival, if they are foreigners, passport photos. Upon entry, they must present an identity document.
The building does not allow visitors other than the reservation. Escort ladies are not allowed.
On Tuesdays the pool is in maintenance and cleaning therefore there is no service.
The amenities are reserved through an application. If during your stay you want an extra cleaning, it will be done with pleasure and you must pay the person who does it the sum of 60,000 Colombian pesos.
