- Guests who wish to use the airport pick-up service are kindly requested to inform the property at least 24 hours in advance. The hotel offers the airport shuttles twice a day. Trip 1 route: 10:00 Resort - 11:15 Sanya Airport. Trip 2 route: 14:00 Resort - 15:15 Sanya Airport. For more information and assistance, please contact with the hotel concierge. - - Rates for an extra bed and extra breakfast will differ during the Spring Festival.
- Guests can enjoy special discounts at the duty-free shopping mall. Please inform the property to reserve before 18:00 one day before you use the discount.
