We have been enthusiastic Arosa fans since 1998 and are happy to pass on our experiences and tips about our favorite destination.

Property information

1.5 room apartment in the house "Zum Rota Hus" in the heart of Arosa, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, the cable car stations, the post office and many shops. The location of this apartment building between Poststrasse and Unterseestrasse is perfect for all mountain activities (skiing, biking, hiking, etc.) as well as for home office. The house has a bicycle/bike/ski room and a lift.

Neighbourhood information

Arosa is at 1,800 meters, framed by an imposing mountain landscape in the Schanfigg. In summer, the holiday region not only convinces families with the unique all-inclusive offer. The first-class ski area Arosa Lenzerheide inspires young and old winter fans. A visit to the Arosa Bear Sanctuary or one of the numerous event highlights will make every stay unforgettable. And: The many hours of sunshine also ensure a good mood. Welcome at our place!
