Private Luxury Villa of 350sqm in Zürich, close to the lake, Villa Imperial provides comfort and full privacy for a weekend, a holiday or even a long-term stay. You and your guest will have the entire villa to your self, with the exception of the staff. The villa offers 5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 office rooms, and a garden. The heart of the city is less than 15 minutes away by very convenient public transport or 5 minutes by car. We provide covered parking for 2 cars, additional parking available without cover. Our staff lives in the building, on the -1 floor. You and our staff have shared main entrances but our staff has a private -1 floor to themselves, meaning, you won't be disturbed during your stay. Additionally, the shared laundry room can be found on the -1 floor. That is the only room accessible to guests on the -1 floor.

Tucked away in one of Zurich’s most tranquil residential areas, this villa offers the perfect escape from the city’s fast pace. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by well-kept homes and tree-lined streets. Most of the neighbouring residents are elderly locals, adding to the calm, respectful atmosphere. It’s an ideal setting for guests who value privacy and relaxation.
