Charming Studio Piz Rosatsch is ideal for couples or single travelers who still want to enjoy the advantages of a high-quality and fully equipped apartment. An integrated sleeping and living area with two comfortable armchairs, a dining table, a separated fully equipped contemporary kitchen, and a bathroom with bath tub will offer you all the comfort you are looking for in a holiday apartment. Wooden flooring, furniture and wooden panelling will remind you of the "Arven" wood, which is typical of the Engadine forests with a combination of light grey and brown decoration, creating a cozy atmosphere to which you will be happy to return to after a day spent on the slopes or from any of the many other activities which the Engadine valley has to offer. From the studio as well as from a spacious balcony, you can enjoy a view over Piz Corvatsch (3458m) and the other mountain peaks of Engadin. The Charming Studio Piz Rosatsch can be combined with the 2 room-apartment directly adjoining through the connecting door and hosts a family or group of 5 guests. Free access to the Residence's indoor pool and sauna are granted (Sauna Access - twice a week). ! Fireplace is not usable ! From September 15 until November 16, renovation works will take place in the common areas of the building. During this period, there may be increased noise and dust inside the building.

Chesa Rosatsch apartments are your perfect winter and summer vacation homes for skiing, touring, hiking and other alpine adventures in Upper Engadine with friends and family. Located in the charming village of Champfèr, in the middle of St. Moritz and Corvatsch ski resorts. Only two minutes from Suvretta ski-lift and less than five minutes to St. Moritz Signal Bergbahn by car or by a ski-bus, which stops directly across the street. The comfort, design, and appliances of the apartments will make you feel like being at home. The 3 room apartment can host up to 4 people. The Studio and the 2 room apartment can be used separately (2 people in the Studio and 3 people in the 2 room apartment) or combined by opening a connecting door, which will allow for hosting a family or group of 5 guests. Of course, you can also rent the three apartments together (entire floor) and create the perfect home base for 11 people. All apartments come with a balcony and a private parking spot – either on the outside parking lot or in the garage. A ski storage space is available.
