Location: Quiet and sunny neighborhood between Lenzerheide and Valbella near the Danis parking lot. Very close to the cross-country ski trail, ski lifts, ski school meeting area, sports bus stop and lake. 700m from the center of Lenzerheide. Map coordinates: N 5 Infrastructure: Elevator, ski room, washing machine and dryer (for a fee). Access: The building can be accessed by vehicles all year.
