The valley station & Lake Cauma can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. Bus stop "Segnes" directly opposite. The top modern and with love furnished 3,5 room apartment with lift, free underground parking, modern equipped rooms has underfloor heating, for warm feet in winter and a "living room ventilation" for pleasant temperatures in summer and fresh air in winter without having to open the windows. You can spend cosy evenings after a long day in front of the fireplace or on the glazed balcony with a view of the Flimserstein mountain (2694m). 2 bedrooms with king size beds (180x200) the beds can easily be converted into 4 single beds (90x200) Shower gel, shampoo, dental care, fresh towels and a hair dryer are available in every bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: Dishwasher, stove, oven, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, wok, raclette, fondue, sharp knives, dishes. Etc. A small basic equipment such as salt, pepper, olive oil etc. is available to every guest. Free of charge: Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney streaming, parking garage(1), Xbox One, baby equipment, ski - boot dryer

In the house there is a snack bar with doner, pizza and everything the fast food heart desires. Opposite is the well-attended Italian Pomodoro. In Flims and Laax you can eat very well regional food, for example in the "Restaurant Bellevue". At the valley station Laax you can get delicious burgers called "Burgers" or a very interesting Asian called "nooba".
