Company information

We are Zermatt Holidays, the original chalet company in Zermatt since 1988! We can almost call ourselves “locals” after spending so many years here. We work with many local companies to offer our guests the best deals in terms of travel to and from Zermatt, ski rentals and local restaurants. Organization of ski passes on arrival, restaurant bookings, serviced apartments are all part of our day. All of our guests are met personally at the station on arrival and accompanied to their accommodation by electric taxi. Our Zermatt Holidays office is based in the centre of the village and offers a range of accommodation types. We will continue to live our dream of helping to make the stay of our guests in Zermatt an unforgettable experience, nothing is too much trouble for us!

Apartment Emilie, sleeping 4-6 guests, is a smart apartment on the 1st floor of La Villa Emeline, comprising 4 bedrooms: one double (28 m²), one twin (18 m²) and two singles (18 m²), 2 bathrooms (bath/wc & shower/wc), and an additional toilet, spacious lounge / dining room with open wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV with English programs, free WIFI internet connection, radio/CD player and large south-facing terrace with exceptional Matterhorn views. Antique furniture and wooden floors throughout. Our apartments offer everything you need to set up your home office in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The flexibility of the accommodation allows you to create the perfect balance between working from home and spending your free time in the mountains.

Neighbourhood information

La Villa Emeline is located in the centre of the village just off the main street and about 150m from the Gornergrat and Sunnegga valley stations. Shops and restaurants are right on your doorstep as well as the ice skating rink in the winter months. The Matterhorn Glacier Paradise Lift is about 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus. Zermatt train station and the Gornergrat station are 350 meters away from the apartment. The Migros supermarket is next door and the Matterhorn Museum can both be reached within 5 minutes on foot. Zermatt is a car free village, public transportation (electric bus or taxi) is available.
