The fine print
The pool, wellness and SPA area that is offered is only available in the winter and summer main season and is related to the closing times of the Hotel Schweizer Hof. The Whymper house is connected to the hotel by a tunnel. In the low season, the facilities are closed and not available. Open around mid-December - mid-April and mid-July - late August.
Please inform Haus Whymper by Zermatt Premium Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
