Townhouse N.26 is an online self check-in holiday let studio-apartment complex located in St. Moritz Bad. Everything is close at hand. St. Moritz Lake is around the corner. Denner, Lidl and Coop supermarkets are within walking distance. High altitude training base is just across the street. Few minutes’ walk to the Ovaverva Sport Center. Our single, twin or double bed studios are ideal for single travelers, friends or couples. In all our studios you will find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, kitchen with an electric stove, a small fridge/freezer, a microwave, all the essential utensils and tableware, a small dining table, flat screen TV, swiss electrical outlets and free Wi-Fi. Some studios also have a balcony where you can admire a view of the highest mountain peaks in St. Moritz. Fresh linen and towels are also provided. There is no reception desk and no Front Office employees working at Townhouse N.26. We do everything online (online reservation, online payment, online check-in, online email before the arrival with the Infopack). You will receive an email few days prior to the arrival day with the instructions how to retrieve the key from the key box located at our sister property Townhouse N.9 (via Grevas 9a). If you would like to discover the area, Engadin’s network of hiking paths and trails is around 580 kilometers long, perfect for endurance sports like long-distance running and cycling. Situated at 1,856 meters above sea level, St. Moritz is also ideal for altitude training for top athletes and triathletes.

    The location near the athletics track and the lake is excellent. The presence of an elevator, bike storage, and laundry room in the basement is a major advantage of this accommodation. The room with the bathroom and kitchenette is modernly furnished.

Townhouse N.26 is not a hotel. We are a studio rental house. There is no reception desk and no Front Office employees who can welcome you on arrival. We only offer online assistance Monday – Friday from 9:00 till 18:00. We normally reply within 2 hours. Our guests do everything online: - Online reservation - Online payment - Online check-in that must be completed before arrival date. Guest must upload copy of passport in our online system and pay city tax online. - Electronic keys are collected from the key dispenser kiosk in Townhouse N.9 (our sister property at via Grevas 9a) on arrival day anytime from 15:00 onwards. There are no mechanic keys available. Only once online check-in is successfully completed, an email with information about studio number, where to collect electronic key etc. is sent to the guest a day or two before arrival date.

Townhouse N.26 is cool and laid-back. Simple in its design and decor. Surrounded by forest and mountains. Choose between Single, Twin or Double Bed Studios. Our studios offer fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom and a comfortable bed. Nothing over the top, yet with everything you need to have a comfy and memorable stay. One studio can accommodate maximum two people. Baby cots or extra beds are not provided. All our doors open with electric key card. There are no mechanic keys.

Great location. Everything close at hand. - St. Moritz Lake around the corner. - Variety of restaurants nearby. - Denner, Lidl and Coop supermarkets within walking distance. - High altitude training base just across the street. - Few minutes’ walk to the ski lift and the Sport Center. There is no free 24-hour parking in St. Moritz. We have limited parking spaces in our garage. It costs CHF25 per day. Contact us to check if we have available parking space during your stay. Parking space needs to be booked before your arrival date.
