The Marguns ski lifts in Celerina are less than 6 km away and easily accessible by car, making the accommodation a perfect base for summer excursions and ski days. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the condominium and develops on a single level, perfect for families or groups up to 7 people. It offers three bedrooms (two double and one triple with bunk bed and single bed), a spacious and bright living area with fireplace, dining room and period furnishings that give a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The separate and equipped kitchen, also equipped with a dishwasher, allows you to prepare meals in complete autonomy. From the living room, you can access the private balcony, directly connected to the condominium garden, where there is space for a barbecue, children's games and relaxation areas.
