Property information

Located on the third floor of a residential building served by an elevator, the apartment is spread over a single level and is ideal for families or small groups. At the entrance, there is a practical wardrobe. The living area consists of a bright open space that combines kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, refrigerator, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed that can be opened to offer two additional sleeping places. The bedroom is a triple room, with three single beds: one raised and two that can be joined to form a double bed, depending on needs. The bathroom is complete with shower, sink and WC. The apartment is surrounded by a large terrace with an open view of the mountains, perfect for relaxing outdoors. At the guests' disposal there are also a parking space in the garage and a storage room for skis and bicycles. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and TV. NOTE: It is reported that there is no washing machine and it is not possible to use the communal laundry. There is no washing machine in the apartment and it is not possible to use the Condominium Laundry.

The apartment is located in the high area of Samedan, a privileged position that offers a splendid view of the surrounding mountains. Its location is particularly convenient: the bus stop is just 200 metres away and the railway station is 500 metres away.
