Property information

The apartment, on the ground floor, is accessible from the main door as well as from the French door in the living room, from which it is possible to access the private garden of the apartment. The bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, can accommodate up to 4 guests; in addition to the main bathroom with tub, there is a small service bathroom with toilet and sink. The fully equipped kitchen has a Nespresso, kettle and toaster. TV and Wi-Fi available in the apartment. Paid shared laundry. There is also one parking space in the garage, of limited dimensions (Height 185cm - Width 245cm - Length 520cm).

Chesa Muntagnarda is located within the residential area at the entrance to Silvaplana, and enjoys a beautiful view of the Corvatsch and the surrounding mountains. Just 400 meters from the bus station and the town center and shops. St. Moritz is 5 km away. The Corvatsch ski lifts are 2 km away, the town center is only 400 meters away. There are several cafes and restaurants there, as well as the Volg supermarket. Covered paid parking is also available in the centre.
