The holiday apartment, which consists of 1.5 rooms, is synonymous with a small but pretty home. The apartment is located on the first floor of the multi-family house Chesa Guardaval is open plan, has a well equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer), as well as an elegant towels with Closomat®. The living area is equipped with two single foldaway beds. The peculiarity of this apartment is the sunny terrace facing south-west. One parking space in the garage. For shared use: beautiful swimming pool and sauna, ski room, laundry.

Neighbourhood information

The multi-family house Chesa Guardaval is centrally located in the Surlej district of the municipality of Silvaplana. The bus stop and the «Skiservice Corvatsch» sports shop are just a stone's throw away. The station downstream of the Corvatsch ski area, which in winter offers access to over 120 kilometers of slopes, is a 5-minute walk away. In summer, in Silvaplana and its surroundings there are countless hiking and mountain biking trails with almost infinite variations. At the Hotel Nira Alpina, near the valley station of the Corvatsch ski area, you will find a bakery, a pizzeria, a roof bar and a gourmet restaurant. In the village of Silvaplana, easily reachable on foot or by shuttle bus, you will find shops and many other services for daily needs.
