Property information

The apartment, located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, has an area of approximately 60 square metres and enjoys a triple exposure. The living area consists of a living room and a dining room with a west-facing balcony, which opens onto the village offering picturesque views at sunset. The kitchen, separate and functional, is well-equipped with three electric hobs, oven, sink, refrigerator and dishwasher, and has a second balcony with a view of the Corvatsch mountains. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second room with a bunk bed. The latter has a bright small balcony overlooking Lake Silvaplana, which provides a relaxing atmosphere. The internal bathroom is complete with a bathtub with shower, offering comfort and practicality. The apartment has Wi-Fi connection, a Smart TV that allows viewing of content exclusively via web. Available to the customer is a parking space in a private garage and access to the condominium laundry.

Neighbourhood information

Chesa Allegria is located in Sils Maria, in a privileged position a few steps from the Furtschellas cable car and cross-country ski trails. During the summer, hiking trails start right in front of the house, offering direct access to the surrounding nature. The bus stop, about 300 metres away, conveniently connects Sils Maria to the entire Engadine, while St. Moritz is just 10 kilometres away.
