The panoramic windows of the villa face the gardens and lake, ensuring bright days, while maintaining a comfortable temperature inside. The memory foam mattress in the cosy, but spacious bedroom assures a restful night in the quiet surroundings, with only the sounds of nature to facilitate a restful sleep. 'Le Petit Clos Suites' houses two separate apartments. 'Garden Villa' is located on the Ground Floor overlooking the park and has a bedroom for two guests, a bathroom, a living room with sofa bed and table, a kitchen space with cooker - induction top and electric oven, fridge and main machines for breakfast - kettle and coffee maker. 'View Loft' is located on the First Floor overlooking the park and has a bedroom for two guests, a bathroom, a 80sqm living room with sofa and table, a modern kitchen with cooker - induction top, fridge and main machines for breakfast - kettle and coffee maker. Please consider the bedroom is accessible from the living room with a small staircase.

UNEXPECTED REGION TO DISCOVER AND ENJOY Just a 10-minute walk from the center and the train station of Nyon, 'Le Petit Clos Suites' is located in an elegant residential neighbourhood overlooking the Leman Lake. 'Rive' is an attractive touristic area, with direct access to the beaches and to the boats that carry out excursions on the lake. In the neighbourhood there are restaurants, bakeries, pubs and delicious ice cream shops. The ferry stop is a few minutes walk from the villa, transporting you to a number of places, but directly via the restored, historic steam paddle wheeler to the delightful, 14th century medieval village of Yvoire, which is a MUST DO of the visit. Nyon is a delightful village on the coast of Lake Leman halfway between Geneva and Lausanne. Geneva's International Airport is only 20 minutes away by train. Although you can easily move everywhere on foot, an excellent network of public buses connects the main sites of the city and the neighbouring villages. Le 'Petit Clos Suites' is perfectly situated. Whether you like hiking and biking in the Jura, among the vineyards and farmland, or relaxing on a lake beach with a Spritz or coffee, maybe kayaking in the crystal clear lake, this is the ideal location. Within reasonable driving distance, you can visit the famous Lavaux terrace vinyards, a UNESCO site, famed for both the quality of the wine, and the unparalleled beauty of the region. Montreux has a lakeside promenade that is truly postcard perfect and the music scene is as famous as its flower-lined lake living. If you want to venture out farther, Courmayeur, Verbier, Chamonix, Megeve, Crans Montana, are all famous ski resorts within an hour and a half drive. Whether you ski, bike, hike or just enjoy nature, peace and tranquillity, you are close to everything.
