Make yourself at home in our spacious and fully equipped two-room flat. Its charm is ideal for creating a harmonious atmosphere. Perfect for families with big and small children or for groups of friends who want to enjoy their holiday together. The accommodation is situated a little higher, directly on the mighty and inspiring Flimserstein. This results in a fantastic panoramic view. This is not the only reason why the house is suitable for a break from everyday life, as a retreat, for the home office or as a source of inspiration for your art.
The large private garden is a precious jewel and leaves room for all activities. A personal barbecue in summer or a fondue around a cosy campfire in winter. Fresh coffee from the fully automatic machine after a restful sleep or ending a busy day with cooking and eating together. You will also want for nothing with board games and film evenings. After a day on the slopes, you can ski right up to the front door. Or you can start your hiking or cycling tour through the mountains or to idyllic lakes right outside the front door.
We have made it our goal to make guests from all over the world happy. Professionalism, cleanliness and above all incomparable moments are our top priorities. We would be pleased if you convince yourself of this and we can welcome you soon. We also welcome families with children.

The surroundings of the mountain village in Flims, invite you in summer as well as in winter to experience what your heart really desires.
A paradise for sports enthusiasts, not least because of the countless possibilities in summer, as well as the many-sided skiing area of Flims Laax Falera in winter. The famous Cauma and Cresta lakes can be reached on foot with a short hike. We also provide a stand-up paddle for our guests to use at no extra charge on the lakes mentioned. Various shopping facilities, larger and smaller shops, restaurants or organic farm shops can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. However, more about this in the guide of our guest app, which we will provide for the best possible stay. Parking for two cars is available directly in front of the entrance door. The access road is reliably cleared when snow falls. The local bus stops at the first crossing of this access road in winter.
