    L'appartamento è perfetto e la proprietà è molto disponibile. Il palazzo è a 50 mt dalla zona pedonale. Il terrazzo con vista mozzafiato a 360 gradi è un plus notevole. Inoltre il condominio dispone di un'area fitness, piscina e sauna.

Very central, also recommended in Summer thanks to the big terrace equipped with solar awning,dining table and charcoal bbq with a suggestive view of the lake and the mountains and the heart of the town(table and chairs).During the winter it is covered with snow and is only accessible to a small extent for sunbathing(chaise longues),lunch (table chairs)or views of the landscape .The apartment is furnished in a comfortable,cozy and elegant way enriched by furniture of the ancient Engadine tradition,the living room with fireplace(not to use for safety Residence disposition)and large windows with shutters and Venetian blinds with a comfortable exit to the terrace; a double bed in a bedroom and in the other one French bed(size160 cm, length 200 cm) and two bathrooms, one with double sink/bidet/ WC and tub-shower, the other bathroom is small with sink and toilet; open kitchen (9 m2).Raclette and Fondue set available.On the ground floor there is one car park assigned to the apartment.The entrance to the garage is 2.58mt wide and 2mt high.Available on the second floor of the condominium(access with lift directly)a beautiful pool and sauna and ping pong table(seasonal closures possible).
