Located 450 metres above Lake Lucerne in the canton of Nidwalden close to Lucerne, this 5-star hotel awaits you with a combination of modern comfort and a traditional Swiss ambience. The Bürgenstock Hotel is located on the piazza, at the heart of the Bürgenstock Resort, next to the Bürgenstock funicular, which takes you down to the shipping pier (connections to Lucerne). The resort sits on the Bürgenberg mountain and offers several restaurants with terraces, as well as panoramic views of the picturesque lake and the mountains of Central Switzerland. The 10000 m² spa area features an indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, 1 of which offers an infinity edge with breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne, 3 private spa rooms, 15 treatment rooms and a fully equipped fitness area. The Hammetschwand lift, Europe’s highest outdoor lift and an Alpine golf course are in the immediate vicinity. The area offers guests in need of relaxation a whole range of excursion, hiking and mountain biking possibilities. Throughout the stay, guests can enjoy the Bürgenstock shuttle boat to and from Lucerne, as well as the funicular, free of charge.
