One-bedroom flat with double bed with possibility of sofa bed or extra bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and fireplace, and a large balcony. It is right next to the bus stop, has an underground garage and is close to a ski school and ski lifts. The building has a ski room right at the entrance and an underground garage. The laundry room is in the basement of the building and the bus stop is right in front of the building.

IMPORTANT: At night there may be noise from the bar in the building. Arosa is located at 1,800 m, framed by an impressive mountain landscape. In summer, the holiday region convinces with an all-inclusive offer for mountain railways, hiking trails, outdoor barbecue areas, climbing park, playgrounds and much more. In addition, a visit to the Arosa Bear Sanctuary inspires young and old. In winter, over 261 kilometres of slopes in the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area provide plenty of snow sports fun.
